Meet the Founder

Nan Ross
Founder, Agile 360 Studio

Nan Ross is an Agile Product Delivery Instructor, AI automation consultant, author, and public speaker with more than two decades of experience working across software delivery, digital systems, and operational workflows.

Her work focuses on helping teams understand how work actually moves from idea to implementation and how modern AI tools can support that process.

Nan has trained professionals across more than seventy countries through workshops, courses, and educational programs focused on Agile delivery, workflow design, and practical applications of artificial intelligence.

She is the author of Scrum Quest, a simulation-based guide that teaches Agile product delivery through real-world scenarios and team-based problem solving.

Through Agile 360 Studio, Nan helps organizations move beyond theory and implement systems that improve clarity, efficiency, and execution.

Community Impact
