Agile Product Delivery Lab Participant Service Agreement

Provider: Corporate Cosmo LLC d/b/a Agile 360 Studio (“Agile 360 Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Program: Agile Product Delivery Lab (the “Program”)
Participant: (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”)

By enrolling in the Agile Product Delivery Lab, checking the agreement box during registration, or submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

The Agile Product Delivery Lab is a coaching and educational program designed to help participants strengthen their understanding of Agile product delivery, Scrum practices, delivery workflows, and practical execution skills through coaching, instruction, guided exercises, simulations, templates, case studies, and related learning materials.

2. Scope of Services

Your enrollment may include, depending on the offer selected at the time of registration:

· Live group coaching sessions

· Guided instruction and discussion

· Practice exercises, templates, and worksheets

· Case studies, simulations, and portfolio-building activities

· Limited access to program materials for personal learning use

· Feedback and coaching within the boundaries of the Program format

Specific features, duration, session schedule, bonuses, access period, and delivery format are based on the version of the Program you purchased and the details shown on the registration or sales page at the time of purchase.

3. Educational Purpose Only

The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Enrollment in the Program does not guarantee job placement, certification, employment offers, salary outcomes, business results, promotion, interview success, or any specific professional outcome.

We will provide coaching, structure, and practical learning support, but your results depend on many factors including your effort, participation, background, consistency, communication, preparation, and market conditions.

4. Participant Responsibilities

As a Participant, you agree to:

· Attend sessions prepared and on time when possible

· Participate respectfully in the learning environment

· Complete exercises, assignments, or project work to the best of your ability

· Provide accurate registration and payment information

· Use the Program for lawful and professional purposes only

· Maintain the confidentiality of other participants when group discussion is involved

· Refrain from disrupting sessions, harassing others, or engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are due according to the payment option selected during registration.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments on time. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to sessions, materials, community spaces, or related Program benefits until the account is brought current.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are in U.S. dollars.

6. Refund Policy

Because the Program includes reserved coaching capacity, digital materials, and scheduled instructional access, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a different refund policy is clearly stated on the sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.

If Agile 360 Studio offers a written payment protection, refund window, or satisfaction guarantee for a specific Program cohort, that stated policy will control for that cohort only.

7. Scheduling and Program Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to Program dates, session times, coaches, curriculum flow, materials, or delivery format when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of material changes.

We also reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment, emergencies, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Missed Sessions

If you miss a live session, we are not obligated to provide a makeup session unless that benefit is specifically included in your enrollment offer. Access to recordings, notes, or replacement materials, if offered, is provided at our discretion or according to the Program package you purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to slides, templates, frameworks, guides, exercises, recordings, workbooks, prompts, visuals, downloads, lesson content, and related resources, are the intellectual property of Agile 360 Studio and/or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Program materials for your personal learning and internal professional development only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

· Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Program materials

· Sell, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit Program content

· Upload Program materials to public platforms or shared drives

· Record sessions for external distribution

· Teach or package the Program materials as your own

10. Confidentiality and Group Participation

Because this may be a live coaching environment, participants may share professional experiences, project examples, challenges, goals, and work product during sessions.

You agree to treat non-public information shared by other participants as confidential and not disclose, copy, or reuse it outside the Program without permission.

While we encourage respectful confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality. You should use discretion when sharing sensitive business, employer, client, or personal information.

11. Use of Participant Work

You retain ownership of original work you create during the Program. However, by participating in live sessions, group reviews, or submitted exercises, you grant Agile 360 Studio a limited right to review, discuss, and provide feedback on your submitted work for educational purposes within the Program.

We will not publicly use your name, testimonial, image, or identifiable work product for marketing without your permission, except as otherwise allowed by law.

12. Recording, Media, and Testimonials

Live sessions may be recorded for educational, operational, or quality purposes. By joining live sessions, you understand that your name, voice, chat comments, screen share, submitted questions, or likeness may appear in recordings if recording is enabled.

If recordings are shared with enrolled participants, they are for private Program use only and may not be downloaded, reposted, or redistributed unless expressly authorized.

We will request permission before using testimonials, endorsements, photos, or identifiable statements for promotional purposes.

13. Technology and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, device access, software, and basic technical capability needed to participate in the Program.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or limited access caused by your device, internet connection, third-party software, platform outages, spam filters, email delivery issues, or other technical factors outside our control.

14. No Employment or Legal Relationship Created

Your participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, franchise relationship, or guarantee of future business engagement with Agile 360 Studio.

15. No Legal, Financial, or Mental Health Advice

The Program does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, mental health counseling, therapy, or clinical services. Any career, business, or professional insights shared through the Program are educational in nature and should not replace licensed professional advice where needed.

16. Code of Conduct and Right to Remove

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant from the Program, without refund where permitted by law, if the participant:

· Violates this Agreement

· Disrupts the learning environment

· Engages in harassment, threats, abuse, or discriminatory conduct

· Infringes intellectual property rights

· Shares confidential Program content without authorization

· Fails to meet payment obligations

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile 360 Studio and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agile 360 Studio and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Program, violation of this Agreement, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through informal written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.

21. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Program sales page, checkout page, and any written policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Agile 360 Studio regarding the Program.

23. Acceptance

By registering for the Agile Product Delivery Lab, submitting payment, or checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Participant Service Agreement.
